Fishing Pier A private fishing pier on Lake Travis — bring your gear or pick some up in Lago Vista.
Water & Marina Access
Private Marina The Island’s private marina provides boat slip rentals for Island guests, tenants, and owners, kayak and paddleboard launches, and direct Lake Travis water access. Bring your own boat or arrange a rental through the marina concierge. The Island has one boat ramp, next to the land bridge; lake access is subject to the water level.
Lake Travis Water Sports Our concierge can connect you with local outfitters for boat rentals, jet skis, sailing charters, wakeboarding, and more.

Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 4:00 PM at most villas — your booking confirmation lists the exact time for your unit
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available — ask at time of booking
Parking
Each unit includes one designated parking space. Additional parking is available in the resort’s guest lots. Ask the front desk for your parking pass at check-in.
